These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of diginsider.net (the "Site"), operated by Insider ("Insider", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Insider is a strategic digital studio providing brand strategy, design, websites, and digital systems to clients across Turkey, Europe, and MENA. Information on the Site — including our portfolio, pricing, and process pages — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our consent;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or spam.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and code — is the property of Insider or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Case studies and project visuals are shared with the relevant client's permission and remain subject to that client's rights.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract for services. Any project we undertake is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement between Insider and the client, which will set out the scope, timelines, fees, and terms specific to that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Information you submit through our contact form or by email — such as your name, contact details, and project information — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit information that is unlawful, confidential to a third party without authorisation, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including client sites, social media profiles, and partner platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Insider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from, or in connection with, your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply to the extent required by law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
