We confirm scope and sign off together, then a 60% kickoff payment sets things in motion. From there we run a discovery session before any strategy or design work begins — so Phase 1 starts from a shared understanding of your business, not assumptions.

02How is payment structured?

Most projects follow a 60/40 split — 60% at kickoff to begin the engagement, and the remaining 40% on delivery. Ongoing services like marketing and SEO are billed monthly.

03How long do projects typically take?

It depends on scope: branding engagements run 15–20 workdays, websites 10 workdays and up, and digital transformation timelines are scoped after a Process Audit. We'll always give you a clear timeline before kickoff.

04Do you work with businesses outside Turkey?

Yes — we've built brands and digital experiences across Turkey, Europe, and the MENA region. Most of our collaboration happens remotely, with discovery and strategy calls scheduled around your timezone.

05What if I'm not sure which package fits?

06Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
